Collect Customer Feedback; Improve the Guest Experience

The end of the year is an excellent time to reflect on what’s working well for your business and what can be improved as you set new goals for next year. 

One of our biggest pieces of advice when it comes to improving the guest experience is to collect customer feedback. Not everyone provides feedback in real time during your tour or activity, so it’s essential to give customers the chance to do this when they have time to reflect on the experience.  

In a recent guest experience webinar, Account Managers taught clients how to use two customer satisfaction scoring methods and ways to keep track of customer feedback to measure improvement.
