Celebrate Council Bluffs’ place in history as Mile Zero for Union Pacific in this new take on an old favorite weekend! Railroad Days at Mile Zero returns on Saturday, September 21, from 9AM to 5PM. The Union Pacific Railroad Museum, RailsWest Railroad Museum, Pottawattamie Arts and Culture (PACE), the Historic General Dodge House, and the historic 100 Block of Council Bluffs are again teaming up for this annual event.
