Rental Information

Cancellations-You must email your cancellation to this website at least 72 hours prior to your reservation date to be issued a full refund. After that, no refunds will be issued. If you made your reservation less than 72 hours before your arrival date, there will be no refund. This is because we hold your reservation and turn away other customers. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Duration - Pickup anytime after 10am and drop-off anytime before 8pm.

Pickup and Drop Off - 222 N Toledo Ave, Put-in-Bay, Ohio 43456

Group size - Maximum 4 people per cart including babies and children.

Cart Details- Street legal, maximum 4-Passengers.

Minimum Age - 22 years of age to rent or operate with proof of insurance.

At Check-in - You must provide the valid drivers license and credit/debit card used to reserve your booking.

Deposit on Arrival - We require a $200 “pre-auth” damage deposit due by credit/debit card at the time of the rental for overnight rentals, high traffic days, holidays or special events.

Late Return - We offer a 15-minute grace period if you call before you’re late. If you show up late without calling, you will be charged a full hour rental fee or more. If you are more than an hour late, the charge is $100, towing is an additional $50.

Damage - If the cart is damaged during your rental period for any reason, you will be charged for replacement parts plus $60/hr labor for repairs, and lost rental charges, until the cart is back in service.
