Lake Powell is such a powerful icon of the Southwest. It is certainly one of the most beautiful places on earth! However, it's not easy to access the best viewpoints. On our photo tour, we'll get you to world-class overlooks well away from all the crowds and show you our favorite photography spots. We also provide professional photo instruction and image critique. It's not just about Lake Powell - we'll also do at least one side trip to see amazing badlands, rock hoodoos, or caves. This trip leaves in the afternoon and gets back late at night so we can take advantage of the sunset light and photograph the soft pastel tones of twilight. This is also a great spot for Milky Way photography March - June. This trip is rated easy since there is minimal hiking involved. But be prepared for a rough 4x4 adventure!! The tour will last 8 hours with transportation provided to and from Kanab. For those staying in Page, AZ, we can meet you in Big Water, UT.
