Terms and Conditions for Doors Off (MUST READ)

• Children must be at least 10 years of age. An adult must accompany anyone 10-18 years old.
• Guests on the edge seat must be 16 years of age or older.
• Air Kauai will provide a lanyard case for passengers cell phone and your Go Pro that will be attached to them during flight. All Cameras MUST HAVE a neck strap. No hand held cameras will be allowed on board.
• No hats, bags or any loose items allowed.
• Must wear closed toed shoes. No flip-flops or sandals.
• Long hair must be tied up at all times.
• Air Kauai will provide each passenger a jacket that will be required for all passengers to wear during flight.
• Cancellation policy: No refunds or rescheduling within 48hrs of flight time. For groups 12 or more 7 days notice is required.
• Flight routes and sights may vary due to weather conditions.
• 45 minutes prior check-in to all flights is required.
• For each single passenger weighing 230lbs or more, combined weights of 400lbs or more for 2 passengers, or for groups of 3 or more with an average of 190lbs or more an additional seat must be purchased at the time of booking. This also applies to ANY single passenger weighing 250lbs or more no matter what the combined weight with others is. This is for the safety and comfort of all passengers.
