DIPNET CHARTER

This is a fully guided and outfitted trip on the Kenai River. We help you remove fish from net, bonk, gill and place in your cooler. This gets your net back in the water faster which means more fishing and less fussing maximizing your catch potential. Charter time includes travel time to and from fishery, safety talk, loading and offloading you and your gear and is about 5 1/2 hours start to finish.

TRIP DETAILS:

MUST BE ALASKAN RESIDENT TO PARTICIPATE. RESIDENTS MUST HAVE THE COOK INLET PERSONAL USE PERMIT AND SPORT FISH LICENSE ON HAND

• Dipnets with optional $10 loss protection.
• We will demonstrate location specific dipnetting techniques and work with you throughout the charter to perfect those skills.
• Once caught, we will assist you with removing fish from net, clubbing, gilling, clipping fins and placing your catch in your cooler or our totes.
• Will assist you in filling out your harvest ticket.
• We will have on hand bug repellent, sunscreen, toilet paper and honey bucket, basic first aid kit, and bear spray.
• All required USCG equipment will be provided.
• Additional safety Equipment rating us 5 Stars by the USCG.
• We are the only charter with AEDs on board our boats.
• Our guides and staff are trained Wilderness First responders, local EMT and volunteer fire fighters.
• Professional Mariners. ALL of our guides have as a minimum qualification a USCG 50-100 gross ton Masters and 6-pack Credentials
• Top-of-the-line, USGC Approved NRS personal flotation devices (Life Jackets) are provided.
• We will provide various snacks & water. If you have specific dietary needs or just prefer your own food, please feel free to bring it.

Gratuities not included: Guides and Deckhands work extremely hard to ensure your trip is safe and memorable regardless of fishing success. Please consider a tip in recognition of their efforts.
