Due to extraordinary melt on the glacier during Summer 2022, the ice cave has experienced considerable collapse and looks drastically different from what is pictured here. Anyone visiting the glacier should exercise caution when approaching its terminus.

You will be picked up from your hotel around 10am, and we will drive down 144 miles (232 km) from Fairbanks to arrive at the parking lots near the trailhead. The 2.6-mile round-trip hike to the Glacier is easy and flat. We will guide you to the cave and help you take stunning pictures.
