Cancellation Policy

**There is a $55.00 cancellation fee for all cancellations if cancelled prior to 30 days from your first reserved night stay. After that Cancellation fee will be charged to your credit card in the amount of the first night’s stay for each room reserved. No refunds available within 7 days from your first reserved night stay.

For whole house bookings there will be a 3% cancellation fee.

Refunds can take 60 - 90 days to process..**
