IMPORTANT INFO:
- Please go to the meeting point at Pier M in the North area of Portimão Marina, at the end of Rua Simão Correia, 15 minutes before the start time of your tour.
Click here for directions on Google Maps. - Don't forget to bring sunscreen, a hat, comfortable shoes, a warm piece of clothing, and water.
- Only water and food intended for young children are allowed on board. We appreciate your understanding and hope you enjoy the options available at our bar, including refreshing drinks and small snacks.
- Dogs or other pets are not allowed for the comfort and safety of all passengers on shared tours.
- Baby strollers and wheelchairs are not allowed on the boat, not only for safety reasons but also due to space constraints. Small babies can be carried in an "Egg" seat without the wheels.
- On each tour, we accept a maximum of reservations for a total of 5 children and 2 babies. If the option to reserve a spot for children or babies does not appear, please try a different time or opt for a private tour.
- This tour is suitable for pregnant women who do not have a high-risk pregnancy. You can contact us before the tour to check the sea conditions.
- If there is a possibility you might get seasick, it's best to prevent it with a pill 30 minutes before (e.g., Vomidrine) and avoid heavy meals and excessive drinks before and during the boat tour.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the boat.
- Bring the mobile phone you provided during the booking so we can communicate if necessary
CANCELLATION TERMS:
- You can cancel with a full refund or change the date and time of your reservation up to 24 hours before the activity date. No refund will be issued if canceled by the customer less than 24 hours before the activity date or in case of no-show.
- This activity requires good weather conditions. If canceled due to bad weather or safety conditions at sea, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
- This activity requires a minimum of 8 participants. If canceled due to a lack of travelers, you can choose a different date/activity or receive a full refund.
- If any unforeseen circumstances prevent us from conducting the tour, you can choose another date or receive a full refund. We reserve the right to change the boat and itinerary due to force majeure or safety reasons.
