- Bring small change or small bills so you can purchase hand-made crafts and souvenirs from the Raramuri Indians or to pay for the Indian toll fees if you do not include that as an Add-On during the booking process.
- Please bring sunblock and a hat as you will be at more than 7,500 feet (2,300 meters) above sea level when we begin and will be at about 400 meters above sea level in Batopilas where it is much hotter.
- We recommend you dress in layers as you will cross through 3 different climate zones starting with upper pine forest and ending with a sub-tropical zone.
- This transfer is considered an Adventure Transfer as you will drive on steep canyon roads. You will need to accept our online Liability Waiver Release to participate on this tour. We highly recommend you purchase your own travel insurance to cover you for any emergency medical treatment, lost luggage, trip cancelation, etc…for your own peace of mind.
- There is no internet service in Batopilas and little cell phone coverage. Plan for a relaxing 2 days of being 'unplugged'.
- We recommend you bring ear plugs with you as the local festival days can be very loud.
- We recommend you bring a flashlight or headlamp with you in case of electrical outage as this location is very rural
