Things to Bring

Shorts or lycra.
Sunscreen.
Water.
A towel and warm change of clothes just in case you decide to jump in!
Cotton is not the best for water sports as it retains water however you wont get wet unless you decide to jump in!
Please come 10 min early to meet the team!
