Customers have the opportunity to rebook, or to receive a full refund or credit, by rebooking or cancelling their booking online (via confirmation email) with 24 hours notice. Reservations canceled 24 hours or less are nonrefundable. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in the case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. No-shows will be charged the full price.
