The Lakeside Room is available for hire every day during the following times:

• Morning Session: 10am – 1pm
• Afternoon Session: 2pm – 5pm

On Arrival

A member of our team will be on-site to greet you and provide access to the room. Please meet them at reception which located at the entrance of the site.

Car Parking: PLEASE NOTE. The gates to our car parks are closed and locked at the end of the last session of the day. Please see entrance signage for closing times.

Car parking at Aztec Adventure Upton Warren is available free of charge for customers. There are two car parks which are located to the left and right when you drive into the centre.

There are two designated disabled parking spaces in the car park nearest to the main building.

Parking is also available on the opposite side of the road in Webb’s Garden Centre overflow car park, who we have an agreement with, please ensure you are aware of their closing times.

• Decorations – As the room is not pre-decorated, please bring your own decorations to suit your event.
• Event Supplies – Don’t forget any additional items you might need, like party favours, banners, or activity equipment for your group.
• Refreshments – While there’s an on-site café, feel free to bring your own snacks, drinks, or catering if preferred.

• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on-site.
• Dogs are prohibited as we are located on a Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI).
• This is a family-friendly environment; excessive drinking is not permitted.

The room must be returned in the same condition as it was found, with all rubbish placed in black bags. If the room is not returned in the same condition, a cleaning fee and/or repair cost will be applied. Thank you for your cooperation!
