To be used in traditional Luxury Afternoon Tea and demonstration Experience in the traditional caravan from 1st May or by the turf fire in Autumn/Winter.

Duration: 3 Hours

Five course traditional luxury afternoon tea including baking demonstration.
(Option to enjoy afternoon tea in front of the turf fire in Bakehouse kitchen if preferred)

Highlights

• Approximately 4 items will be demonstrated.
• Baking demonstration of buttermilk scones, rustic bread, and a dessert.
• Cooking demonstration of a savoury starter which will vary seasonally. This may be a soup, a Caesar salad or savoury sausage rolls.
• Turf fire will be lit in Autumn and winter for a lovely welcoming atmosphere in the Bakehouse kitchen, where you will enjoy the 45 minute baking demonstration from Bronagh.
• Enjoy seasonal, local produce using Bronagh’s family recipes.

• Welcome tea, coffee and complimentary bubbles with savoury nibbles to enjoy while watching the demo.
• Watch afternoon tea baking demonstrations from Bronagh.
• Complimentary glass of bubbles per person or non-alcoholic alternative.

• Minimum participants 3 people in the experience
• We politely request that participants leave after 3 hours from arrival to allow for possible arrival of the next group. Longer times may be allocated by prior notice.
• The traditional caravan is suited to maximum 6 people.
• For a larger group up to 15, alternative dining arrangements are available.
• This experience is not suitable for small children.
