Experience the Barossa Valley with a genuine artisanal experience meeting local food and wine producers.

The Artisanal Experience puts you directly in front of traditional food producers whilst you taste your way through history. We will start the day by meeting the bakers at Apex bakery where you can witness their wood fired oven in action since 1924. A trip to Tanunda Traditional Smallgoods & Butchery where you will learn the smoking techniques used to make genuine mettwurst in the old methods. Finally visiting the Barossa Cheese company where you can try their local cheeses and hand made artisanal produce.

Throughout the day we will visit three genuine artisanal winemakers in their vineyard or winery and be introduced to their hand crafted wines in a one on one experience.
