You must arrive at least 1 hour ahead of your reservation, or you will lose your timeslot and it will be released to customers on stand-by. No-shows do not receive a refund. Late check-ins will be considered a "no-Show" and no refund or reschedule time will be issued.
NOTE: Refunds are permitted if the tour is cancelled 24 hours ahead or the tour is cancelled due to weather or lack of required number of passengers.
