To begin the check-in process, simply proceed to the boat launch and drive through onto the grass area in front of the dock. The person with the credit card used for the reservation will need to come into our office to complete any necessary paperwork. If you wish to add any additional extras at this point, feel free to let us know, and we'll be happy to assist you.

As safety is paramount, we provide complimentary life jackets for those who require them. If anyone in your group does not have a life jacket, we will ensure a proper fitting before you embark on your boating adventure.

The designated driver will then receive a comprehensive walkaround and orientation of the boat. We will inspect the propeller and provide a briefing on the lake and its potential hazards, ensuring you have all the information needed for a safe and enjoyable experience.

Return to the same dock from which you originally departed with the pontoon boat. Pull the boat up to the dock to prepare for unloading.

To streamline the process, designate someone from your group to retrieve your vehicle from the parking lot and bring it closer to the dock area. This will make unloading your belongings from the boat more efficient.

Once your boat is safely docked, pull it onto the grass area to unload your personal items.

If you had a successful fishing trip and caught some fish, feel free to bring them directly to the fish cleaning shack conveniently located at the dock. Our facility will ensure your fish are properly cleaned.

Gather the life jackets that were provided to you during the rental. We will conduct a thorough walkaround of the boat, inspect the propeller, and verify the condition of the boat. This allows us to release the hold on your damage deposit held on your credit card.
