Cancellations
Deposits to hold reservation dates and times are non-refundable. Customers will receive a refund or credit of their rental fee minus the deposit with one-weeks notice of cancellation if they have paid the full amount. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to inquire about cancellations. On the day of the rental, customers are expected to pay the remaining balance of the reservation when they check-in to the store and receive their orientation. No-shows will be charged the full price.
