Services between 10:00pm to 7:00am will have an additional late night fee of $25.00

FAQs
- What is included in the rate? The base rate includes the private vehicle and transportation. Additional charges may apply for waiting times and extra stops.
- Are car seats available for children? Yes, complimentary car seats and booster seats are available upon request.
Cancellations
A cancellation fee may be charged for any trip not canceled within the allotted time.
In order to avoid cancellation fees, customers must notify a customer service representative of a cancellation or modification at least 24 hours in advance for a regular services and 72 hours for a private or customized services. Groups, Weddings or Special Events will have FULL CHARGE if cancellation is received in less than 14 days, or as stipulated by contract.
Cancellations will be accepted only by phone at 787-690-8040, unless submitted with more that 72 hours anticipation to info@bespokeconcierge.com or christine@bespokeconcierge.com.
Local weather and traffic conditions may not allow on-time pickups in all service areas, Bespoke Lifestyle Management shall not be held responsible for adverse or abnormal conditions. To preserve the safety of our chauffeurs and passengers Bespoke Lifestyle Management has the right to cancel any scheduled service due to severe weather and/or unsafe conditions. We are not responsible for, and do not discount any trip due to flat tire and/or any unforeseen mechanical and/or accident condition.
RATE ESTIMATE The rate quoted, prior to your trip is an estimate based on the information provided at the time of the reservation.
Actual total amount due will be calculated upon completion of the trip. Waiting time and additional stops are not included in the estimate and may be charged at any time (unless specifically discussed and noted in agreement). We will allow a grace period of 20 minutes after the confirmed pick up time, after this a full hour rate will apply for waiting time or extended service. LATE NIGHT FEE Services between 10:00 pm and 7:00 am will have a Late Night fee of $25.00 - $50.00 per transfer / hour, depending on the vehicle.
CAR SEAT Complimentary car seats and booster seats available (must be requested in advance). Children under 6 years are required by law to travel on car seats.
AIRPORT ARRIVAL PROTOCOL Chauffeur will be carrying a sign with the passenger's or group's name. We will monitor all flights and arrive at the airport when necessary. A grace period of 40 minutes is given on all inbound flights after which the appropriate waiting time will be charged. Lost luggage, diverted flights, lack of gate, and slow luggage arrival could possibly induce waiting time charges.
IF YOU DON’T LOCATE YOUR CHAUFFEUR, PLEASE CALL OUR 24 HOUR DISPATCH AT 787-690-8040 or 787-241-1235. FAILURE TO CALL WILL RESULT IN FULL CHARGES WILL APPLY.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION AND PROTOCOLS Any person causing problems or damages to the property will be removed from it at the driver’s discretion and no refunds will be issued due to this. The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party. Sanitation fee is $100.00 - $750.00, depending on vehicle and severity. Alcohol consumption (in some vehicles) and drug use is prohibited by law. Smoking is not permitted in our limousines (E-cigarette is allowed).
In the event Bespoke LM could not accomplish with the contract we will be subcontracting another company or issue a full refund back (mechanical problems, accidents, vandalism, ect.)
COVID-19: Passengers are encouraged to use face mask during the service and hand sanitizer upon boarding vehicle.
CREDIT CARD & PAYMENT PROCESSING
In some cases, credit cards are processed immediately depending on the service date & account type. The charges will appear on your statement as the date of processing, not the trip date. All transactions are handled in a safe, encrypted format by a secure server to ensure our customer’s maximum security, and the assurance that your information stays confidential, private, and safe.
CHAUFFEUR GRATUITY Suggested gratuity is 15-20%. Groups, Weddings or Special Events will have gratuity automatically added to final bill. Individual reservations will have gratuity as optional, you may provide it in cash directly to the chauffeur. If you wish to pre pay or add an additional gratuity for exemplary service, you are welcome to do by notifying us prior to the day of the service.
