This trip paddles/floats through a remote scenic stretch on the Rio Grande that is, during low water seasons, not only calm but soothing, exposing numerous natural springs along the way. The emergent water source advances our crafts gently down the river. Distant views of the magnificent Sierra del Carmens in Mexico captivate as you paddle down the river. A welcome stop near the Langford Hot Springs
offers a modest lunch, an interpretive hike, a *soak in the hot springs, or a moment in the shade, the choice is yours. *IF YOU PLAN TO GET INTO THE SPRINGS, BE SURE TO LAYER SWIMSUIT OR SHORTS BELOW YOUR CLOTHING, AS THERE IS NO BATH HOUSE TO CHANGE IN. Footwear is required in the Springs at all times.

On all one-day trips, we serve a modest lunch. For those who have special dietary needs, we suggest you bring substitutions for your dietary needs. We provide waterproof bags of various sizes to keep personal items including picture taking devices, sunscreen, additional snacks, or any daily needs.

*Note: Your trip fee includes guides, boats, life vests, lunch, drinking water, shuttles to and from the river, and all miscellaneous river gear. You are welcome to bring canned beverages in a small cooler. No alcohol or glasses please. *Parties with less than 4 participants will be subject to a $50/person/day surcharge.*
