We do not offer refunds for days with inclement weather, if the ski lifts are still able to operate safely, we still provide our activities and teach our lessons. However we understand that plans can change so we offer the following cancellation & rebooking policy;
• Outside of 48 Hours – Full Refund
• 24-48 Hours – 50% Refund
• Less than 24 Hours – No Refund
• There are no refunds if you have already rebooked your reservations once
• No refunds will be given for no show tickets or cancellations/modifications after the designated start time
• No shows will be charged the full price
• Rebooking outside of 48 hours can be done through the confirmation email link received
• Rebooking within 48 hours you must contact the resort
• Same day rebooking request will be charged a $25 rebooking fee
Customers will receive a full refund in cases of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances or restrictions set by the Governor of Virginia.
