• Cancellations made 7+ days before your scheduled trip: Full refund of your deposit.
• Cancellations made 3-6 days before your trip: 50% of the deposit will be refunded.
• Cancellations made within 48 hours of departure: No refunds will be issued.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations: No refunds.

Weather & Safety Cancellations

• If the captain determines that weather or sea conditions are unsafe for departure, we will reschedule your trip at no additional cost. If rescheduling is not possible, you will receive a full refund.
• We do not cancel trips due to light rain or overcast conditions.
