Late arrivals and no-shows constitute as a cancellation and will be treated as such. No refunds or re-bookings will be given. Please ensure you read your confirmation email carefully to ensure that you arrive at the right location, on time, and well prepared for your activity.
Unless Cairngorms Activities contact you, please assume that activities are running. Failure to turn up to a booking does not entitle you to a refund.
