Full day trip from Whitney to Preston

Starting at the grade two listed Whitney toll bridge originally built in 1779, the route takes you on a quiet stretch of the river; passing the Scar at Brobury and the famous Georgian estate of Moccas. This leg boasts lots or wildlife with kingfishers, sand Martins, otters and herons spotted regularly.

Highlights

• Our full day trips (5-6hrs) start with a full kit out and safety briefing at our site at Whitney Bridge at 10.00am for approximately 30 mins. We then get you on the water showing you how to paddle etc and ensuring you are good to go, off you set!
  -The full day trip is a beautiful 12 mile trip from Whitney Bridge to Preston (5-6hrs).
• We will be at the finish point to help you off the water and bring you back to your car parked at our site in Whitney.
