Prepare to enjoy a day of Shopping in Ohio’s Amish Country! We will have the opportunity to shop in & around the Berlin, OH area - including Sugar Creek, Walnut Creek, Fredericksburg! And DON’T FORGET your cooler & ice to keep all your meats, cheeses and other purchased perishable items safe!

First, we will begin in Sugar Creek at Swiss Village Bulk Foods where we will start our shopping off on the right foot with over 6,000 product offered & receive a free 1/3 lb. of Colby Cheese. Also, check out the World’s Largest Cuckoo Clock just over a block away, while we are in town!

Our next two stops will both provide an opportunity to grab lunch at your own expense, so you can take your pick! First up is the Walnut Creek Flea Market. Here, you will find a café area with some options to choose from. On-site, there is also everything from a brewery, winery, clothing, antiques, produce, cutlery & more! PLUS - we will have the opportunity to participate in a scavenger hunt for a prize! OR have lunch at Walnut Creek Cheese & Market! There is ample shopping available at this stop, but you can also use this stop to grab a bite! Make sure you save room for dessert at Mudd Valley Café & Creamery on-site! And just in case that doesn’t quite satisfy your sweet tooth, everyone will receive their own yummy fudge cup at this stop!

Next stop is Coblentz Chocolate where quality is a top priority. Using only fresh, local ingredients and a high percent cocoa butter, sets them apart from other chocolatiers! They will have plenty of samples for us to try & everyone gets a 4-pc box of chocolates! Remember-grab some of Ohio’s famous choc/peanut butter buckeyes!

Let’s not forget Sols & the many other Main Street Merchants! The shops here offer unique gifts, home décor, handcrafted goods, quilts, delicious food & treats – to name just a few things!

Upon leaving Main Street in Berlin, we will board the bus & head on over to Ashery’s Country Store where you will find a quaint shopping experience in a small, family-owned country store! Everyone will also get a mini peanut butter spread & a mini jam here!

Our final shopping stop is a 2-for-1! Located directly across from one another, we will stop at Kauffman’s Bakery & Heini’s Cheese Chalet! Pick up all your fresh fry pies & whoopie pies at the bakery! And then scoot across the street for all of your cheese & meat needs! They prepare over 35 varieties of cheese onsite & also offer an extensive variety of imported cheeses. Everyone will receive a loaf of bread & a chocolate chip cookie from Kauffman’s & cheese cubes from Heini’s! But tuck them away for later, as we’ll now head to dinner!

Finally, off to the Berlin Farmstead Restaurant for a delicious buffet dinner before our return home! Dinner includes your beverage & pie, as well as taxes & gratuity!
