Gather your friends and family to spend time together in style, inside one or our new ‘Wine Bungalows.’ Overlooking the Chateau Elan vineyards, each Wine Bungalow is best suited for groups of four to six guests and are the perfect reprieve for unique celebrations or small gatherings.

With cleanliness and safety in mind, a Wine Bungalow staff member will deep clean each bungalow in between bookings, ensuring that all surfaces have been sanitized in preparation for the next reservation. Please arrive promptly at your reservation’s start time and a Wine Bungalow team member will be available to check you in at the tasting room and give you a brief overview of the experience.

To enhance your Wine Bungalow experience, we have included one of our ‘Bungalow Baskets’ complete with 1 bottle of Chateau Elan Reserve Collection or Chateau Elan Muscadine Wine, (Chateau Elan Fingerprint Collection Wines available for an upcharge of $25), An Assortment of Gourmet Potato Chips, Pretzels, Salted Caramel Popcorn, Mixed Nuts, Caramels, Cheese Wafers, and Crackers with Pesto.

Additional wine, snacks, and charcuterie can also be purchased inside the Tasting Room

Each bungalow features a stylish design that is complemented with a mix of vintage and contemporary furnishings and is equipped with temperature-controlled capabilities. Wine Bungalows are available in three-hour increments with reservations at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m., daily.

Check-In

Please check-in for your experience with our Wine Bungalow host in the Tasting Room, who will be waiting for your arrival.

Parking

Upon arrival to the resort, please take your second right and continue driving around to the parking lot located behind the Winery building. Parking is available directly behind the Wine Bungalows

Contract

By proceeding with a wine tent reservation, you are accepting all rules & regulations of Chateau Elan Winery and Resort. This includes the aforementioned bungalow policies, rates, hours, damages agreement, and cancellation policy.

Special Considerations

• Reservations must be made at least 24-hours in advance and are non-refundable.
• You must be 21 years of age or older to book and attend the wine bungalow.
• Please arrive promptly at your check-in time, as 3-hour reservations begin exactly at 12 p.m. and 4 p.m.
  · If you are late, your time does not get extended.
• Smoking is not permitted inside the Wine Bungalows and will incur a tent replacement fee of $1000.
• Pets are not allows inside the Wine Bungalows and will incur an additional cleaning fee of $500.
• No outside food, alcohol, or decorations are permitted inside the Wine Bungalows. (This includes from on site dining locations such as Versailles, Paddy's Irish Pub, Marc Bar and Restaurant, etc)
• No touching, moving, or adjusting the heat source. Your ‘Wine Bungalow’ host will assist you in setting your preferred temperature at check-in.
• The maximum group size per bungalow is 6 guests. Additional guests will not be permitting inside bungalows.
• Chateau Elan Winery and Resort are not held liable for any personal injury that occurs in or around the bungalows.

Damages Agreement

If your party is found to be responsible for any damages to the tent or items within your bungalow during your rental, by making this reservation you agree to be charged as per the list below:

• Canvas Tent: $500
• HVAC: $500
• Couch: $350
• Excessive Cleaning Fee (vomit, bodily fluids, garbage, etc): $300
• Chair: $150
• Large Rug (main area 8×10): $100
• Small Rug (entry/accent): $150
• Side Table: $50
• Coffee Table: $50
• Throw Pillow: $25
• Decorative Accents (Flowers/Lanterns/Other Seasonal Décor): $25
