Accessibility

Mountainside Theatre is an amphitheater with stairs. Those with mobility issues may find it difficult to get to the front rows. We provide free golf cart assistance from the top of the theatre to row S and back. For additional accessibility questions, please call us at 828-497-2111

Performance Cancelation:

Performance Insurance is available for $5/ticket. If a performance is cancelled prior to intermission, this entitles you to a refund of your ticket price (not including fees or insurance). After a cancelled performance, you have 5 days to request a refund. following those 5 days, your ticket will convert to a raincheck. Requests should be sent to boxoffice@cherokeeadventure.com.
