In order to ensure that all ticketed guests enjoy their winery experience, tours begin promptly at their scheduled start time. In the case of late arrival, our team cannot guarantee that your group will be able to enjoy the full tour experience from start to finish once you arrive. We encourage all tour guests to arrive 10 minutes before their scheduled tour start time to ensure ample time for check-in.
