Learn about the history of Kona's coffee farming industry while traveling along Kona's scenic roads with stops of historical significance along the way.

Stop #1-Royal Kona Coffee Museum/Plantation Visit a coffee plantation museum and experience Kona Coffee from the tree to the cup. Taste different varieties of coffees that are available to enjoy. You'll be amazed to learn what it takes to produce a world-famous coffee.

Stop #2-Painted Church View the elaborate Bible scenes that were painted in the 1900s on the walls of St. Benedict's Painted

Church to teach Christianity to the Hawaiians. Around 1900 Father John Berchmans Veighe painted elaborate scenes from the Bible in the interior of this Gothic style church as a means to explain Christianity to the Hawaiians, who could neither read nor write.

Stop #3 Kona Farmer's Market A local Farmers Market featuring food and products that are locally produced. Guests will have the option of stopping here or continuing back to the pier.

Tour ends in Historic Kona Town where shopping & sight-seeing along the ocean are available.
