Check-in details
Meeting Point
A pick up service is not available at the moment, so you need to reach meeting point and boarding pier on your own.
We usually meet customers 15 minutes before start time around 50 meters from the boarding pier. From the lakeside promenade you will see our boat waiting for you, so we can see each other, avoiding the crowd and confusion of the boarding peer. You can find more details in the Maps section of our website: Maps and Meeting Point
We can provide exact position by WhatsApp just before meeting time
Information about Shared Tours
Sharing Boat and Experiences
The Boat is shared, all along the Tour duration, between single persons or small groups, that book "seats" separately.
The maximum number of people is 7. The individual cost is more affordable and you can fully enjoy a Boat Tour on Como Lake.
Price is PER PERSON.
Booking Amount
Shared Tour can be booked, by an individual or a small group, paying ** the whole amount at booking time**.
Tour Confirmation or Cancellation
The Tour will start only if a minimum of 4 partecipante is reached, within 24h before the start time.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached
Como Blue Lake will propose two options to customers:
- Tour confirmation at the same cost of the equivalent private Tour, to split between the number of participants. You may expect an in crease in price
- Tour cancellation with a full refund of the paid amount to all participants
As time is tight, we will communicate via WhatsApp and a decision must be taken quickly.

Art. 13. Seasickness
- In case of known or suspected intolerance to the vessel's rolling, the Customer is required to equip themselves with appropriate pharmacological or mechanical remedies (bracelets).
- Como Blue Lake cannot provide any medication or product to mitigate the symptoms.
Art. 14. Passengers' Health Conditions
- The Captain reserves the right not to allow passengers on board who exhibit:
- Poor health conditions that could compromise the passenger's safety during navigation or in boarding and disembarking operations.
- Drunkenness or altered state due to, for example, drug use.

Art. 9. Footwear
- For hygiene and safety reasons, Como Blue Lake requires that no footwear be worn on board.
Art. 10. Pets
- For hygiene and safety reasons, animals are normally not allowed on board. Please ask !
Art. 12. Prohibitions. It is strictly forbidden on board:
To smoke cigarettes, pipes, cigars due to the fire hazard posed by fuel presence and to avoid damage to passengers, the vessel, and onboard accessories. Electronic cigarettes are allowed in open areas.
To use drugs.
To bring and consume alcoholic beverages on one's own.
To bring and consume food and beverages without prior agreement with the Captain.
Extras
Prosecco Bottle
A bottle of Italian Prosecco will be provided for Tours lasting 2 hours or more
On Board Bluetooth Music Sound System
It's usually possible for passengers to play their own playlist with their Smartphone, simply connecting to the boat Bluetooth Sound System.
One of the passengers Smartphone will be connected by the Captain, after the contract form has been filled, payment done and after leaving the port area. The Captain may require to keep the music level within a certain range in some of the visited place for respect for other people both living on lake side or staying on other boats.

Art. 7. Children and Minors on Board
• The Lessor must be informed in advance if children or minors are part of the group.
• Children and minors must be constantly supervised by their responsible guardians. The Captain and Como Blue Lake are fully relieved of any responsibility in case of lack of supervision of children and minors. The Captain may require children and minors to wear life vests for the entire time spent on board. The availability of appropriately sized life vests for children may be limited, so the Customer must coordinate with the Captain and, if necessary, provide them in advance before boarding.

Art. 11. Loss or Damage of Customer's Property
• The Captain and Como Blue Lake are fully relieved of any responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of any Customer's property (bags, wallets and their contents, watches, jewelry, phones and smartphones, computers and tablets, glasses, clothing, etc.) during any phase of the rental, including boarding and disembarking.
