We all find French cuisine incredibly romantic because, well, it is! During this class you and a guest will cook three traditional French dishes without leaving rainy ol' Tigard! Our Chef will give you some history, tips and tricks for improving your technique and answer all of your questions!

Itinerary
- Doors open 30 minutes before class begins, enjoy a glass of wine or beer while you settle in.
- Short introduction about what you will be doing during class
- Safety information, wash hands
- Cook appetizer and eat at your station
- Cook entree side dish and dessert.
- Eat finished meal in the dining room while we finish plating your desserts.

Doors will open 30 minutes before the start of your class.
You will need to check in with staff members by having the name on the reservation.
Please wear close toed shoes to class. Aprons provided for your use.

Special requirements
Children 7 and up must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. We do not allow children under the age of 7. I know, it's a bummer but it is for safety reasons.
Disclaimers
Please alert us to any allergies prior to booking. We shop for the classes three days in advance; so if you forget to alert us to allergies prior to your class, you may be asked to sit out of certain portions if quick substitutions cannot be made. We will always do our best to do last minute accommodations. When discussing allergies with your booking specialist, you will be given options for substitutions. Please do not book until you have discussed allergies with the team.
Cancellations
Cookin' Class Cancelation and Rebooking Policy
All class & private class sales are final and non-refundable.
If you would like to reschedule a class, please contact Cookin' no later than 72 hours before the start of your class for a free re-booking. If you need to reschedule past the 72 hour mark, your booking fee will be applied as a credit towards a new class.
Re-bookings past 72 hours are subject to a $40 rebooking fee to cover the cost of food that was already purchased. *
Re-bookings past 24 hours are subject to a $90 rebooking fee to cover the cost of groceries and labor.*

FAQ:
Q: I booked the wrong day! The class I want to take is cheaper! Can I get a partial refund when I reschedule?
A: Of course! We will happily provide partial refunds for mistaken bookings as long as those requests are made within 24 hours of the initial booking. After 24 hours, no partial refunds will be granted.
Q: I can't make it to my class. Can someone else come in my place?
A: Absolutely! Have your guests mention your name or phone number when checking in for class!
Q: My class was canceled due to inclement weather? How can I re-book? Can I get a refund then?
A: When you are ready to re-book call 503-455-8101 and we will gladly assist you! We understand that a canceled class is a bummer and there may not be something that works for your schedule. If we have to cancel your class, you will have the option to refund.
Venue Rental Cancellation Policy
Standard & Premium Rentals: You have up to 1 week before your rental for a full refund of fees.
If less than 7 days you are entitled to a 50% refund. No refunds if notice occurs less than 48 hours before booking time.
Platinum Rentals: You have up to 1 week before your rental for a refund with a $40 cancellation fee. If cancellation occurs between 7 days and 48 hours, guests are entitled to a refund of 50% of fees + the cost of purchased catering food and labor. No refunds if notice occurs less than 48 hours before booking time.
