Walking past the hundreds if not thousands of boulangeries in Paris have you ever asked yourself how it's all done? This hands-on class will show you the techniques and secrets of baking classic French bread in Paris with your home oven. We will use ingredients and tools that you will be able to find back home so you'll be comfortable attempting these recipes at home. In about 3 hours you will make, concentrate on baking flaky baguettes and butter brioche.

Some bread requires a long fermentation so even though you will be making everything from start to finish, some of the dough you will use to make your own bread may be prepared ahead of time for baking.
