- Playground and Bouncy Castle are not suitable for adults.
- All Children must be supervised at all times.

- Panning for Crystal is available to purchase in the retail gallery.

Can I bring food & drinks to the park and Cafe
Due to our Food Safety Policy, we do not allow external (Homemade or Store brought) into our park and Cafe. We do offer a wide variety of high-quality Food and Drinks available to purchase from Cafe on the Rock and the Mystery Mountain Kiosk.
Cancellations
Online bookings for Crystal Mountain Passes are non-refundable.
However you can reschedule up to 24hrs to book with us on another day.
You can access the Online Rescheduling link on your Crystal Mountain Booking Confirmation Email.
