Advanced Shotgun
While the shotgun is a simple firearm in essence, getting the most of it can be more complex. Advanced shotgun is taught by an NRA Law Enforcement certified instructor, and centers around the techniques required to maximize your skill with the platform. Whether you’re a hunter, armed responder, competitor, or want to defend your household, it is always beneficial to increase your speed, accuracy, and proficiency.

Course Requirements:
• Basic working knowledge of firearm safety & handling.
• Reliable shotgun in working order, (Any manufacturer/action type/gauge,) w/ cylinder bore.
• At least 35 rds of slug. (Can be purchased during course.)
Recommended Equipment:
• 20” or shorter barrel, (w/ NFA paperwork, if applicable.)
• Pump action/semi automatic
• 12 ga.
• Sling
Optional:
• Body Armor
• Backup Pistol w/ otw holster & 50 rds.

Students will progress to the range to perfect new skills. Students must provide their own shotgun. Slugs only on the range.
