From beginner to expert, fish for Arctic Grayling in some of Alaska’s finest clear water streams and rivers
Learn the basics from our seasoned guides and spend the evening on a small, beautiful, clear water stream. A great opportunity for the experienced fisherman to pull away from a busy schedule for some stream time or for the beginner to get their feet wet. No worries, waders are included. If this is your first time to fly fish, your guide will instruct you on casting technique, dry and wet fly presentation, fly selection, “match the hatch” theory, proper catch and release technique, and the habitat of the fish you pursue
Tour includes round-trip transportation (if required), light weight fly rod, reels, hand tied flies, hip waders, and all the instruction you need
Approx. 3 hrs. spent fishing, plus additional 1.5 hrs. for transportation, check-in, outfitting, etc.
Rates
$240 per angler (ages 12 +)
The rate includes a $20 land use permit to access AHTNA Incorporated land. AHTNA is one of 13 Alaska Native Regional Corporations, and the permit helps support important programs to help maintain the lands for the enjoyment of current and future generations.
An Alaska fishing license is required for all trips. You will purchase your day license prior to fishing at check-in. There are no options to buy in advance for this trip. A one day license is $15.
