Yay, we are offering a follow-up for our first Sewing Workshop Series: Basics!! It doesn't mean that you cannot join this course if you didn't follow the first one. If you have some sewing experience and want to deepen your knowledge you can also start with the second course without doing the first. (the first is meant for (complete) beginners and this one for advanced beginners)

With this course you can learn the most important sewing techniques in a more structured way. In this course you will learn these techniques by making samples. Learn to create the perfect lapelle, advanced pocket, bias binding and placket etc.

Here an overview of the weekly topics in this course per lesson:
Lesson 1: Pleats and tucks
Lesson 2: Jeans / trouser slash pockets plus coin pocket addition
Lesson 3: Bias bound seams & bias binding for armholes and necklines
Lesson 4: Fly & blind zipper
Lesson 5: Sleeve shirt placket & skirt vent
Lesson 6: Hidden button placket with buttonholes
Lesson 7: Lapelled collar with facings
Lesson 8: Welt pocket with optional added flap

Please plan to be available on those days to attend in full your workshop.
This course is taught in English.

• If you miss one or two lessons, you can catch up in the sewing cafe when Ines is present. But: please make sure you cancel in time! (max. 1 day before your lesson starts) Otherwise it’s not possible to catch-up cost-free.
