This tour starts on the Canal by the Hilton Dublin, then explores the northern and eastern sections of Dublin’s beautiful Ranelagh district, full of gracious Georgian and Victorian redbrick terraces and squares, as well as Dublin's only Georgian Square that lies outside of the canals.

We will quickly hand out your sound equipment, then walk starts 11PM sharp.
More information: Our walk starts on the Canal by the Hilton Dublin then crosses over the Canal to explore the architecture, social history (and epic planning battles) of areas like Dartmouth Square and Dartmouth Road.
Nearby Northbrook Road, also features prominently with its wonderful Victorian and Edwardian buildings, siting cheek-by-jowl with award-winning contemporary architecture like Ranelagh Multi-Denominational Primary School, by O’Donnell and Tuomey.
Beautiful Mount Pleasant Square, and old Mountpleasant are then appraised, before we pass through underneath the nearby Railway viaduct, to conclude within the beautiful Ranelagh Park Gardens, with all its fascinating, and unexpected layers of history.
