Cancellation Policy, Please read carefully.
Participant or client cancels;
Prior 48 hours of the trip, you can request a gift card or rebook within equal in value.
Within 48 hours or less time/date all cancellations will not be eligible for compensation and will be charged full amount of the booking price.

Earth Kinship LLC cancels;
Earth Kinship will cancel a trip due to (but not limited to) pandemics, weather, geological, threats or injury type events, where it is unsafe to continue with the trip, program, class or talk.
Clients will receive a call for cancellation.
Note weather cancellations are within 1-2 hr prior to trip time/date.
EK will offer an option to rebook for a future trip or gift card equal in value. Full refunds are uncommon and are reviewed on a case by case basis.

Contracts with outside agencies (private/exclusive);
Contractual agreements between Earth Kinship and other organizations, nonprofits, communities or institutions where Earth Kinship is to provide any exclusive or private events including; trips, hikes, talks, programs, classes or otherwise discussed will be booked and paid in full prior to the date of agreed event.
Earth Kinship’s employees or volunteers will not be held responsible for recruiting or filling participation for agreed private events, nor run promotional advertisements.
If the event is canceled by the contracted agency for any reason the contract will stand and payment will be accepted in full, with no future obligations to reschedule.
If Earth Kinship cancels for any reason an opportunity will be available for the contractual agency to rebook at a later date up to one year of cancellation date, with no extra charge.
Upon the agency’s request Earth Kinship will provide a W9 and Insurance.
Earth Kinship will not assume responsibility for injury of participants within private buildings, land or property.
