CABIN OR VACATION RENTAL HOME CANCELLATION POLICY:
All lodging Reservations-- If a reservation is cancelled inside of 30 days of arrival, all payments are nonrefundable. If a reservation is cancelled outside of 30 days, there is a cancellation fee of 50% of the total reservation, and the remainder will be refunded. 50% cancellation fee applies even if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservations.
Reservations changed or rescheduled are subject to a 10%rebooking fee. No-shows will be charged the full price.

CAMPING (TENT OR RV) FLOATING CANCELLATION POLICY:
If a reservation is cancelled outside of 14 days from arrival there is a 20% cancellation fee. 20% cancellation fee still applies even if cancelled within 24 hours of making the reservation. If canceled inside of 14 days from arrival, all payments are nonrefundable. All reservations must be paid in full at the time of reservations. Cancelling within the 14 day window results in gift cards only, good through the current season only. Rescheduling is available if the river is at flood stage. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Floating or camping Reservations made inside of 14 days from arrival are non-refundable, but Elk River Floats & Wayside will gladly issue a monetary electronic gift card, good through current season only, for floats if we deem the river un-floatable.

NOTE: We float rain or shine. No money can be returned if your float trip is shorter than expected or if you choose to cancel. This policy is strictly enforced.

We float rain or shine. If extreme conditions prevent starting your float by 12 noon or the float is called off, you will be issued a rain check for the date of your choice, based on availability; again, you will be issued a rain check for the date of your choice, based on availability. If the storm has passed by noon, no rain checks will be issued. No credit for returning early from your trip. No rain checks for camping or cabins unless an evacuation is needed. In the event a flood forces an evacuation of your site, you will be offered a new site if space permits, or a rain check for a date of your choice, based on availability.

All rain checks will be in the form of a gift card in the reservation holder’s “master account” in our reservation system.

Camping and floating are outdoor activities, and as such we have no control over the weather or water levels.

IF A GIFT CARD IS ISSUED, IT IS ONLY GOOD THROUGH THE CURRENT SEASON AND BASED ON AVAILABILITY.
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS
