If you wish to elevate your experience with a customized experience, let us know at the time of booking. Some experiences have extra fees and are subject to availability.
Shopping and purchasing items in Oregon can be a surprise. Oregon has no sales tax.
Your lunch cost ranges around $25.00 per person. Your lunch options for these one-day tours are local eateries/restaurants; some may require a reservation, and Embrace Oregon has lunch boxes for picnicking options for a fee of $25.00 per person. When you make your tour reservations, let us know what you would like to do for lunch.
Depending on the airline you are flying with, some airlines will fly Oregon's wines free or as a second bag if you want to take some wine home with you on the plane. Check with your airlines on their second bag policy. Let us know if you need a shipping box for taking wines home. Wineries do have shipping boxes and will ship their wines for you.
All Experiences come with photos. We place your tour photos on our Embrace Oregon Tours New Facebook Page.
A USB Drive of all your photos can be purchased for $10.00.

What's included
You are provided comfortable seating in an Expedition King Max vehicle with room for purchases, a private tour guide, water, and snacks.
What's not included
The hourly transportation and private guide service do not include your lunch, purchases, and gratuities.
Special requested/customized attractions like whale watching boat tours are not covered in the fee.
Please let Sherry know when you book your tour if you have special requests so you will have all the information before your tour.

An itinerary will be provided after we have a chance to received your information. If we have any questions we will contact you for your input. Then we will provide your itinerary for you for to review.

Cancellations
Cancellation before seven days of the tour, the refund is 100% less bank processing fees and non-refundable reservation booking fee of a $100.00.
Cancellations under 7 days of your tour will be subject to a 50% charge of the tour amount.
Without notice or less than a 24-hour notice, the cancellation will be charged 100% of the tour amount.
All reservations can be transferred to another person but redeemed on the originally scheduled date as a courtesy.
Rescheduling is subject to date availability and comes with a $100.00 rescheduling fee.
Safety is most important to us… We travel on many country roads and do not want anyone to be in danger due to stormy conditions. The wineries are also concerned about their customers and associates in bad winter weather. We will notify you of any weather conditions which are a concern as soon as possible.
We will contact you if we need to cancel or reschedule due to unsafe conditions. Any cancellations due to weather conditions would not be charged cancellation fees.
