Cancellations
A cancellation fee of 100% applies for cancellations made less than 2 hours in advance, or in case of no-show.
A cancellation fee of 50% applies for cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance.
No cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 24 or more hours in advance.
Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
