This is a one-of-a-kind experience unlike any other ghost tour in town. You won’t hear scripted ghost stories—you’ll learn about real paranormal encounters and firsthand accounts from Savannah’s most haunted locations.

Unless otherwise stated, tours depart from the north end of Chippewa Square near the intersection of HULL street and BULL street. In the square by the big bench.

Drinking patrons must be 21+ with valid ID - no exceptions

Bar stops are for patrons 21+

Tour encompasses approximately 10 blocks total walking distance over the span of the tour.

Unless the tour is canceled by the guide at their discretion, ALL SALES ARE FINAL However tickets are good indefinitely until redeemed. If you must cancel, you may rebook at a future date of your choice, or you may transfer your tickets.

Tours proceed rain or shine, so please check the weather report and dress accordingly – rain poncho, umbrella, etc. If weather is threatening, our guide will make the call to delay or reschedule as necessary.

Upon booking tour, you MUST provide a valid cell phone number accepting incoming calls on the day of your tour. In the rare instance that we need to reschedule or delay the tour for unforeseen reasons, we will need to reach your party.

We do not issue paper tickets, and no printed receipt is necessary – we will do roll-call at the time of the tour and check you in by name.

Smoking is NOT permitted on any of our tours.

Our tours ARE alcohol friendly (you can have to-go drinks on the street in Savannah) HOWEVER, any patrons who are visibly intoxicated or acting in a manner that is deemed disruptive to the enjoyment of other patrons will be asked to leave the tour WITHOUT REFUND.
