• Farm Backsjön offers many activities for all ages. Enjoy together in the white nature!

• The day will be filled in for your family. so it's good to take contact in advance for the details of the day.

• No clothing included, but eventually possible to rent after personal contact.

After 10 years experience we have chosen for a special program for families with kids up till 15 year old. Every family is different and therefore we will create together a program for the day on place, after introducing you with all the animals, donkeys, dogs and chicken, on the farm.
We want that everyone has fun! Dogsledding will be a big adventure during the day. Which tour we take we will decide during a short 'fika' in our 'grillkåta', where everyone can warm up during day. We also offer en light lunch, like 'korv med bröd' and/or a warm 'Tunnbrödrulle med renköttt'.
In the kennel we will inform you more about our dogs and Siberian huskies.
More about dogsledding with kids: After a short instruction for the parents how to use the sled, we place together a harness on the dogs and place them in front of the sled. Here you will experience how eager they are to drag you through the amazing white nature. The kids will sit on the sled, the smaller kids siting warm in a bag and the parents drive the sled. A guide follows with to support and for security. By coming back on the farm it's nice if you help to bring the dogs back in their area after thanking them for the nice trip. It's alwasy fun to try to catch some fish out of the lake too during day.

• Dress yourself warm, the best is warm clothing with windprotection. Wear a warm hat, the most important part during winter.

• You are not allowed to bring your own food on our property.

• Because we want to offer you the best experience we would like you to inform us in advance if there are disabilities or diagnoses what can have input on the experience. With more information in advance we will create the best experience for you.

• For security reasons it's important that the adults take care for and keep the responisilities for the childeren. We will take care and are responsible for the total event. Toghether we will create a day to rememner!
