Standard Cancellation Policy:
If you need to cancel your booking, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee or loss of deposit.
No-Shows:
If you do not show up for your booking and fail to notify us, no refunds or rescheduling will be offered.
Rescheduling Option:
If something comes up, we’re happy to help you reschedule your booking instead of canceling. Just reach out to us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to find a new time for you.
