Step into one of New York City's most famous downtown neighborhoods and discover how Little Italy has evolved from its historic roots, to its modern day vibrancy. We’ll take you through a mix of old-world charm and contemporary flair, showcasing the area’s storied past and dynamic present.
Taste your way through locally-loved foods—from Emporio's Thin Crust Pizza, Cafe Bell’s Authentic Rainbow Cookies (made with a 100 year old family recipe), Vietnamese Coconut Rice Crepes from 5ive Spice, French Chocolates (made in NY) from Stick With Me Sweets, A Spanish Chorizo and Manchego Sandwich from Despana, and Tacombi’s Mexican Roasted Corn. You’ll learn, see, and taste everything that makes Little Italy so special… one bite at a time!

Itinerary
This tour includes 8 tastings. In between tastings we'll explore Little Italy and the section of it that is now called Nolita (North of Little Italy).
Highlights
We'll walk the same streets as John Gotti and Martin Scorsese. Snap pics as your tour guide points out scenes from The Marvelous Mrs Maisel, The Godfather and some of your other favorite TV and film sights. Between the bespoke boutiques, cute cafes and delicious restaurants, you’ll want to move in and never move out.

Special requirements
Children ages 4 and under who are not eating may join the tour for free, but please note that they will be accompanying you in the comments section of your booking, so that we may provide a seat for them.
Restrictions
We accommodate vegetarians diets, including any meat-specific restrictions (no fish, no pork, etc.) as well as nut allergies. Please be sure to indicate any dietary restrictions when booking.

Cancellations
With Trip Protection: contact us 24hrs before your tour
If you add Trip Protection to your booking and contact us at least 24 hours before the start time of your tour, we can reschedule your tickets, convert your tickets into a gift card, or provide a full refund (less the cost of trip protection and processing fees).
Trip Protection allows you peace of mind: it gives you the option to cancel or reschedule your tour for any reason at least 24 hours prior to the tour start. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection ($5.00 per ticket) and processing fees. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@foodsofny.com for cancelations.
Without Trip Protection: contact us 48hrs before your tour
If you do not have Trip Protection and contact us at least 48 hours before the start time of your tour, we are able to reschedule your booking or convert your tickets into a transferrable gift card that never expires.
If you have a medical emergency, or your travel plans change due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us as soon as possible at info@foodsofny.com or call our office at 917-408-9539 (7 days, 9:30am – 2:00pm). We will work with you to make your time with us as stress-free as possible.
Please understand that we order food ahead of time for a seamless food tour experience, which sets us apart from the rest. This is why we ask at least 48 hours’ notice for any changes to your booking.
