Float 2-3 Miles Of Scenic Shenandoah River (We adjust river length trying to keep trips to about 3 horus). Come to our headquarters to check in & get all of your gear. Then we'll shuttle you upriver, provide instructions and hand you your tube. Paddle with the current, or relax and let the river take you. Take your time if you like as long as you're off the river by 6PM closing time.

-Proper Footware! Please wear sandals with a heel strap or old sneakers. Flip Flops Forbidden. We also provide river shoes for sale.

1) Arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled trip
2) Check-In then read and sign our Participation Agreement/Waiver if you haven't do so already (Hint Hint….life is easier if you do this before you arrive)
3) Get fitted with PFD
4) Board our bus or van by your schedule trip time
5) Get psyched for a lovely day on the river
6) Arrive at destination, we'll hand you the tube you rented
7) Launch and enjoy
8) Float the river at your pace, be off by 6PM closing time

Lovely stretch of scenic river with glimpses of the Blue Ridge Mountain, tons of wildlife including large birds, mammals and fish, and usually a clear river. Pass by several historic sites near the end of the float (Civil ar Bridge Remains, Historic Riverton Mill)

Please do your best to arrive 30 minutes before your scheduled float time. Park in our parking lot and look for our check-in tent/trailer. Please Please fill out and sign our Participation Agreement/Waiver before you arrive, to make check-in as fast as possible.

Minors must be accompanied by adults

This is a physical activity where you'll be sitting in a tube, paddling and maneuvering sometimes in a rocky riffly river. Access to the river can be over uneven terrain. Please self select based on your ability to manage these factors.

-Dry bags, cooler bags and floating coolers available for rent

Activities of this nature are always rain or shine. If showers are forecast in the afternoon, consider coming early to beat the weather.

River levels fluctuate daily from low to high. If levels are too high we may need to cancel tubing for the day allowing you a refund or reschedule. But this needs to be our call.

We have several tubing length options and will rotate them automatically so that most guests experience a 2.5-3.5 hour trip. But you may stay out until we close at 6PM
