Start on the shore of the Atlantic Ocean. Join us on the beach for an early start with isometric yoga to enliven our awareness and body. Then cross A1A to our favorite undisclosed Kayak Launch. This conspicuous parking lot is popular with locals ‘in the know’. Discover this magical isthmus between the South Intracoastal and the Atlantic Ocean. This is the gateway to a memorable morning exploring our consciousness and an Aquatic Preserve full of life.

What to Bring

Drinking water, sunscreen, bug spray, waterproof camera/phone, with a bunch of friends and family. Tipping your guide is encouraged. Cash is best.

What to Wear

Shoes that will stay on your feet, a hat, quick dry clothing, sunglasses. Long sleeve UV guard and pants are recommended on mid-day and longer trips.
