Purchase Agreement and Cancellation/Refund Policy

Customers who wish to cancel will receive a full refund or credit when customer provides 24 hours PRIOR notice of booking. Customers who provide less than 24 hours of cancellation will receive one year credit.
Customers will receive a 1 year credit in case of operator cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances prior to the beginning of the scheduled rental. All sales are final at the beginning of the purchased rental duration.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the case of operator cancellation due to renter's unsafe operation or unreasonable care of the rented equipment. We reserve the right of cancellation and the refusal of service to anyone at anytime without reason. By making this purchase you agree to all terms and information provided by Wet Rentals & Tours, LLC.
