Our beautiful, light filled sauna awaits by our docks. Cold dip on our docks in your very own plunge on the river. Watch the birds and boats, the tidal changes, the farmers on their boats, the oysters being sorted, and listen to the gentle rocking of the water against the shore. Grab extra beverages and snacks (chips! popcorn! tinned fish!) on your way. Fresh oysters are available-- shuck your own right at the source! On your way out, shop our GPO merch, take oysters to-go, and grab some wine and beer to enjoy at home or in our barn.

Your appointment includes:
75 minutes in our sauna and plunge by the docks. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to check in, change, and grab anything additional, so as to ensure you can utilize your full sauna time!
**Water is available with cups or to refill your own container.

**All are available for purchase. Towels are available with a $3 rental fee.

We encourage you to arrive 10 minutes before your appointment begins. Please park in our lot and walk to the patio. You will see the glass door entrance to our barn space. Restrooms are to your left.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
