Private Puppy Yoga experiences are 60 minutes and include:

• 30 minutes of yoga with puppies taught by a certified yoga instructor
• 30 minutes of playtime to pet the puppies, take photos and relax with your new fur friends

Get ready for even more cuteness and cuddles with Goat Yoga Chicago's Puppy Yoga experience! We've teamed up with local rescue organizations to bring you an unforgettable experience. Our certified yoga instructor will guide you through various poses while adorable puppies roam freely around you. New to yoga? No problem! There are no prerequisites (none, zero, zilch!). As soon as the puppies come out to play, your stress will melt away. That's a promise!

Join us in helping these shelter pups get socialized and find forever homes. A portion of the event price will be donated to support these amazing rescue organizations and the care of the puppies.

Please Note: Puppies ages may range from 9 weeks to 20 weeks. We partner with amazing local shelters to bring you these special experiences, which means availability depends on the puppies and their needs. Private sessions can only be booked for the dates you see on our calendar. (We are not able to take custom date requests at this time.)

Guidelines

1. Must be 10+ to participate.
2. No spectators/observers. Anyone in studio at the time of class is a paid participant and included in the headcount.
3. Chaperones are required to be present and are included in headcount for events with children ages 10-15; 1 chaperone per 10 children, 2 chaperones for 10+ children.
4. For the health and safety of both our animals and guests, no food is allowed.
5. Under 18? Parent/guardian must sign your waiver.
